Work Experiences of Persons with MCS

We are seeking people with multiple chemical sensitivities, either self or physician-diagnosed, who are currently employed or have been employed in the past while having MCS. If you are 18 or older, we are interested in your workplace experiences, including your perceptions of the treatment you received from managers and co-workers. If you would be willing to complete a survey online or in hardcopy we would very much appreciate your participation. Paste this address into your internet browser to participate:

Client's Perceptions of Services from Mental Health Providers for Persons with Environmental Sensitivities (now closed)

Thank you to those who participated in this study. We collected data from over 60 people and a paper was presented at the Southwest Conference on Disability on October 1st 2009. We are writing the paper now for publication submission.

We are still interested in collecting psychological evaluations of persons with MCS. If you have been evaluated and had a psychological report written on you by a psychologist or psychiatrist, and are willing to share it, we ask that you cross out your name and personal information from it, and complete the demographic page to send in to us along with it. Click here for the demographic page .

Experiencing Environmental Sensitivities (now closed)

Thank you to everyone who participated in our interview study! We interviewed 22 people and the students presented the paper at the Southwest Conference on Disability on October 1st 2009. We were unable to reach some people, and time prohibited interviewing everyone who volunteered, but we thank you all. We are currently writing up the study for publication.
